Customer Insights transition to real-time marketing

For those of you have extended your outbound marketing, you are now in Phase 2 – Existing campaigns and events work; new ones can’t be created and are running out of time to migrate to real-time marketing.

Earlier this year I created a training course for the transition to RTM and I am now making this available. I curated this content from the transition playbook, content on Microsoft Learn, and my own investigations but this is in a more structured and digestible format.
