Dynamics 365 Sales : What’s New – Spring 2026 Wave 1

Wave 1 splits into two halves: agent features inside Sales, and platform changes arriving via Power Apps that land in every model-driven app you run.

  • Sales development agent. Researches new prospects, reads intent signals, sends personalised opening messages, then hands over a qualified lead with a summary and a booked meeting
  • Account monitoring. When something significant happens (an acquisition, for example) the agent pulls together the background, recent activity and your own engagement history
  • Delta-based opportunity briefings. Only what’s moved since you last looked, with the reasoning tied to your current stage, plus a prioritised daily action list
  • Chat-driven analysis. Question a deal on risks or stakeholders, interrogate pipeline health in plain language, and build meeting talk tracks from inside Teams
  • Data capture. Drop a business card or scanned document onto a form for field mapping, clipboard analysis on paste, and suggested values for gaps drawn from email and meetings
  • Also in Sales. Built-in dialler with automatic notes and sentiment, template editing without leaving a sequence, single-flow Quick Campaigns, and on-page Visualise charts
  • Platform level. Dataverse search with fuzzy matching, modern UI as the default with no toggle, mobile online mode, AI summaries in grids, and a slimmer header

Our post also links the Microsoft Learn release plan if you want the raw feature list.
