Viva Sales Part 1-Outlook
In this video I will be discussing Viva Sales, a new application developed by Microsoft for sales people! This video will be focusing on Viva Sales & Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft describes this application as a seller experience application designed to get sellers out of the busy work and in front of customers. Microsoft announced that Viva Sales will work with any CRM system, including Sales Force! The app is currently in public preview which means it’s free to try, but during this preview it’ll only work with Dynamics 365 Sales and SalesForce’s CRM.
