Using Dynamics 365 Portals and Microsoft Forms Pro, we can create a Forms Library to request customers to complete forms via a portal. This is the second part in a series that shows how to create a Forms Library. This video walks through creating a Microsoft Flow to create the personalised forms for an Account to complete.
