In this video, I go through how to update records with Multiselect optionsets dynamically in the CDS/D365 connector. Multiselect optionsets are stored/updated using values for the optionsets, not their labels; I will show how you can match labels from another source like Microsoft Forms or Power Automate, find the values in your CDS/D365 environment, and then update the record with them. Power Automate is a powerful automation and integration tool with over 300+ data connectors.
