Adding Subject Tree to Dynamics 365 Sitemap Using the XrmToolbox Freefall365 LIVE
In this live session, I’ll explain a requirement I received yesterday which meant I had to add a link to the Dynamics 365 for Customer Service subject tree from the Dynamics 365 for Sales sitemap. I use the “Display XML” and “Add Component with XML” tools within the SiteMap editor tool of the XrmToolBox to achieve this.
