Custom Record Summaries in D365 Customer Service
In Dynamics 365, Copilot can generate record summaries to highlight key information about specific rows, making it easier for users to quickly understand essential details. Previously, these summaries were limited to certain tables like cases, opportunities, leads, and accounts. This new feature allows users to configure record summaries for ANY table, including custom ones. This enhancement enables more flexibility and efficiency in managing data.
