With Outbound Marketing in D365, we’ve had the ability to create activity templates for phone calls, appointments and tasks. This has been missing from Real-time, until now! Although we don’t have an option for appointments yet, we can create tasks and phone calls within a Journey, and we can create a follow up based on the completion of those activities too.
