Yesterday, we did a webinar on Fundraising and Engagement Solution from Microsoft for not-for-profit organizations. Often time we saw NFPs struggling to find a solution that is just right for their operations. They use IT system, sometimes multiple systems but that doesn’t seem to connect all the right dots. Either they are in silos or don’t work well with each other. We intended the webinar to introduce a solution that is purpose-built, based on NFP’s best practices worldwide and caters to all the need specific to NFP operations from donor management to program delivery to case management, etc.
