We faced the below issues in our dev environments and the team was unable to access the URL. As a workaround, in ‘Microsoft Edge’ we had an option of clicking ‘Advanced’ button which allowed us to redirect to the URL. This option was also not working for few users and they had to try accessing the URL in ‘incoginto’ mode.
