Scottish Summit 2022 – How different generations can support their colleagues to learn new skills – YouTube

Last year at the Scottish Summit I gave a talk called ‘Mind the (generation) gap’ about how workplace generations approach change. A year down the line with workplace generations front and centre in our minds, we have delved deeper into how the different generations can help their colleagues if they lifted their bell jars to listen to one another. This talk is a call to action for us to become conscious of our generation’s values and to bring the best of them to others along with all our lived knowledge and skill.
