Part One – Creating A Forms Library – Portal Configuration – Microsoft Forms Pro – YouTube

Microsoft Forms Pro is an enterprise survey capability that helps businesses obtain the feedback they need to make smarter decisions. Powered by both Office 365 and Dynamics 365, Forms Pro supports businesses seeking to transform customer, product, and employee experiences.

Using Dynamics 365 Portals and Microsoft Forms Pro, we can create a Forms Library to request customers to complete forms via a portal. This is the first part in a series that shows how to create a Forms Library. This video walks through creating a custom Form Request entity and customisting the portal to display Form Requests using HTML & Liquid in a Web Template.
