How to create a deal room from Outlook with Microsoft Sales Copilot
In this demo, we learn how to create a team room for a specific business opportunity. The key difference between a “deal room” and “create a team” is that the former is focused on a particular opportunity. To set it up, we start by opening an email and selecting “copilot.” Then, we choose to collaborate in teams and set up the room for the customer’s opportunity. We can opt to use an existing team or create a new one, with the system recommending the former. After selecting the team, we review and edit the channel name and set up the team. This creates a channel for sharing information with customers and colleagues.
