Dynamics 365 Field Service-Rejecting a booking
Dynamics 365 Field Service is a great tool for companies that send out remote workers, but what happens if that remote worker isn’t able to perform the work? It might be that they got sick or maybe they are having problems with their vehicle in which case they need an easy way to let the dispatcher know. Yes they can call the dispatcher to let them know, but what if there was an easier way to accomplish this quickly?
