We’re retiring three beginner-level courses: AB-6003: Introduction to Sales in Dynamics 365, AB-6004: Introduction to Service in Dynamics 365, and AB-7011: Introduction to navigating the modern Contact Center. They will be replaced by a consolidated beginner-level, self-paced training experience. This approach will introduce learners to connected customer workflows, AI agents, and Business Applications in Work IQ.
The replacement training will provide a practical foundation and a stepping stone to the intermediate learning paths for Sales (AB-210), Customer Service (MB-230), and Contact Center (AB-250), where learners can develop deeper implementation and configuration skills.
