An autonomous agent is an AI driven agent (previously known as Copilot) that can automate business processes by making decisions and completing tasks on its own without needing constant human supervision. In this video I will build an autonomous agent that handles a very simple account onboarding process. I will show you how to create the agent, how to add the trigger and how to create power automate flows that can be turned into actions. Hopefully this video will a better understanding of autonomous agents and how they can be used.
