When Microsoft first announced Copilot for Microsoft 365, they were opening up a new way of thinking and many new ways of working but it didn’t stop there. It was swiftly followed up with more and more Copilots and we now live in a world where you can extend these and even build your own. The question now becomes how you enable the right people with the right tools and behaviours to maximise value.
Hold on a minute? Didn’t we just do that with the Power Platform? YES!
In this session, we join together the understanding from building Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Centres for Enablement (C4E) for low code solutions in the Power Platform with the new world of LLMs and Gen AI delivered through Copilot and agents. From the inspiration on what can be done and getting people started, to managing what should be done, the two presenters will bring their enterprise and SMB experience to show how you can make this happen.
This session will cover:
– How you can enable people with the relevant skills they need through a scalable governance model as a foundation of a CoE
– Measuring and maximising value through the lifecycle
– Ensuring responsible and secure use of AI
– Building the right communities to spread the load
We will cover across the different Microsoft Copilot endpoints including Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot in Power Platform, Copilot in Dynamics and whichever other flavours have landed in time for the Summit!
