With all the confusion in my mind, what when & how, I started my interactions with Dotnettricks and I found the right courses at the right time by the trainer, whom I followed on the internet for years in my career of 12 years before I took the break for my second child. The career guidance session by Shailendra Sir was kick starter for goal setting and planning!
Courses are well planned and hands-on coding with Trainer was the key to my success. It gave me the confidence to resume coding. Sessions were timely and it gave a platform to resolve queries no matter how small they were. Shailendra sir patiently resolved my questions.
Rupindar has been my POC for the Dotnettricks subscription and she kept motivating me to attend classes and believe in myself. I requested her to send me job openings so as to start giving interviews. Within a few days, She got me in touch with a person who referred me to his company.
That person believed in me based on my reviews from Dotnettricks. Before my interview, I revised all topics with the help of interview questions and session recordings provided on the Dotnettricks portal. It helped me to get ready for the interview in 2 days, believe me, 2 days!! Thank you, Sir, for such amazing and Handy interview questions & answers. I could crack the interview based on training and my self-confidence. Yes, self-confidence is a must and I could rebuild after joining this learning group. Now I have joined a new company and they have offered me a Lead role and reasonable compensation, So my dream journey re-begins!
