Wave 1 leans heavily on agents that read your mailbox and draft documents for you. Our rundown of the release notes:
- Sales Order Agent: pulls details out of emails from known customers and drafts quotes or orders, with human approval before anything goes back out
- Shipping addresses: the agent spots an alternative delivery location in the email text and matches it to a registered address on the document
- Payables Agent: reads invoice attachments, classifies the spend and builds purchase invoices, then tags handled emails with an Outlook category so nothing is processed twice
- Agent output shown in context on the record itself, plus one task pane collecting every AI-raised item across finance, sales, purchasing and operations
- Purchase invoice matching: one invoice line against several order lines or posted receipts, with missing receipts generated at posting
- Undo posted drop-shipment deliveries (pre-invoice), reversing the linked receipt automatically
- Avatars on list views showing who, or which agent, last touched a record
- Item variant images, emailed shipment and return receipt PDFs, CO2 figures on quotes and invoices, and a company default document language
Note the dates: most of this lands April 2026, but native Expense Management isn’t generally available until October.
