Find Dynamics 365 Date in Outlook using mentions

In this video, I’m going to show you a feature that just because generally available, which makes this process much easier. It allows us to “mention” a Dynamics 365 record directly from within the Outlook web client. This means that the link to the Dynamics 365 record is embedded into the email, and the recipient can click the link straight from the email message.
