1. Import data smoothly in Excel
Bringing data into Excel is a core part of so many workflows, but doing it is often more complex than it needs to be. No more! The new Import Functions make bringing text-based data into Excel for Windows quick and intuitive, using a single formula.

2. Edit images right in PowerPoint
Switching between PowerPoint and an image-editing tool can disrupt your flow, which is why we’ve added the ability to directly enhance visuals inside PowerPoint for the web, for Windows, and for Mac. You can remove backgrounds, erase or move unwanted elements, change image quality, upscale resolution, or even edit text that appears on an image.

3. Write math that’s accessible for all
We’ve made a bunch of improvements across Microsoft 365 that make writing, inserting, and editing math more inclusive and intuitive. Updates include keyboard shortcuts in PowerPoint, feedback with sound on Windows, better math editing with Narrator, the ability to copy and paste native Office Math in OneNote from webpages, and so much more.

4. Join Teams calls with confidence
You’ll never have to say, “Can you hear me now?” Teams allows you to test your microphone and speakers directly from the pre-join screen, reducing troubleshooting and interruption when you’re in a meeting.

5. Prevent overlaping meetings
If conflicts arise on your calendar, Copilot in new Outlook for Windows and Outlook for the web can help you reschedule – automating a tedious task and helping you stay on top of your schedule.

6. Create hyperlinks fast in Word
