3️. Find the Right Files

Need a specific document? We’ll show you how to trigger a file search based on user input—like a file name or keyword—and have Copilot deliver the path or link instantly within the chat interface.

4️. Summarize and Draft Emails

Watch as we use the extracted content to auto-generate an email draft. Powered by the flow between Copilot and Outlook via Power Automate.

5️. Attach Documents Automatically

To round out the flow, we’ll include the selected document as an attachment in the email. Everything is handled intelligently, based on user prompts and pre-set logic.

Locates Q1_Report.docx in your shared folder
