Using Dynamics 365 for ASB – #D365ForHousing

This blog shows how you can use the FREE Dynamics 365 module to log and track ASB cases. The module enables you to add key dates and milestones and a calculation tool that can establish the level of risk depending on how the customer answers certain questions. Thanks to Marcus Fernandes for working his magic on this.

This was the second core module to join the #D365ForHousing family. Anyone who has registered (which is also FREE) and is part of the housing or public sector can now download the following modules:

• Person
• Property
• Tenancy
• Complaints
• ASB
• Lettings

These complete processes are worth £000’s and use only out of the box functionality so you can get up and running quickly.

Ok, so what does the module include?

I’ve created a video to walk you through the solution that was created after a great ASB session with others in the sector. Thanks to those who helped out and provided feedback on Marcus’s master piece.
