Recently, I have done a CE DB restore and then a deployment and after that the Power Automate Cloud Flows are not getting Triggered, even though they are enabled, and I have followed the below steps and resolved the issue.
Step 1: Login to Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) with your credentials.
If you are using US Government (GCC, GCC High and DOD) Cloud, click on the article link and find your related URL and login to PPAC.
Step 2: Click on the required Environment.
Observed that, Administration mode is enabled.
Step 3: Click on settings or Edit to update the Administration mode setting of the required environment.
Administration mode is Enabled.
Step 4: Click on Administration mode option to Disable it and Click on Save.
Administration mode settings are being updated and can see the status like the below.
Once it is updated successfully, you can see the Environment details screen.
