Opportunity Approvals using Power Automate
In this video I’m going to explain how to use Power Automate to track opportunity approvals in Dynamics 365 for Sales by sending approvals to members of Office 365 groups, and creating approval records that can be viewed from within each opportunity.

Show completed process – 5:17
Build Power Automate Flow – 5:29
When a record is created, updated or deleted connector- 6:39
Create a new record step – 8:21
List Group Members Step – 10:20
Select (data operation) Step – 11:14
Join (data operation) Step – 12:28
Start and wait for approval Step – 13:00
Condition Step – 16:35
If approved – update record Step – 17:06
If rejected – update record Step – 19:13
