Modernized Case Grids

In this video I’ll discuss the new Modernized Case Grid. This functionality is part of 2022 Wave 2, which went into GA in December 2022. I am sure you’re familiar with the ‘regular’ case grid, which is a list of case records, configurable by makers. The problem with the ‘regular’ case grids is that there is no way to show relevant data from other tables. (I’m referring to things like SLA details, or the last interaction on the case) With this feature we’ll be able to show this type of data, and much more!
