As a Dynamics 365 Evangelist, I combine my understanding of business and software applications to demonstrate how technology can assist in digitally transforming organisations.
As APAC Dynamics CRM Practice Manager, I led my team to create award-winning and globally recognised solutions. I actively grew my team of Certified Dynamics 365 Professionals into one of the most successful in Australia, Hong Kong & the Philippines.
I have worked with customers in:
• Federal Government
• Financial Services
• Professional Services
• Healthcare
I gain an understanding of the current state of business processes and then look to transform this using Microsoft business applications such as:
• Dynamics 365
• Office 365
• Power BI
• Microsoft Flow
• Microsoft PowerApps
• Azure
For the past six years, I have been awarded the Microsoft Business Solutions MVP from Microsoft. Engagement in this program has allowed me to:
• Gain in-depth knowledge of all areas of Dynamics CRM, building on my hands on experience working with the platform since 2003, starting with CRM 1.2.
• Develop close relationships with staff at Microsoft Australia as well as the Dynamics CRM product team in Redmond.
• Apply my skills to many roles within a Dynamics implementation team, i.e. requirements gathering, scoping, architecture & project management
• Implement a range of methodologies: Microsoft Dynamics SureStep, Agile, Lean, and Double Diamond.
I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and was formerly a Microsoft vTSP and P-Seller (Partner Seller).
