Emma talks through the process of how to understand your Strengths and Drainers when approaching a given task and how to dial up or down particular strengths to approach a task. This discussion is a fascinating diversion away from my usual Cloud Technology conversations however I truly believe this can help in any line of work!

After recently going through the process and having a Strengths coaching session with Emma I can honestly say it has opened up my eyes as to what motivates me to complete a given task and how I can approach tasks differently to aid a successful outcome.
