• Choose the record from the list.

• After selecting the record, Copilot for Sales will generate a card displaying basic details of the record.

• You can also regenerate the card details or copy the card for future use.

• You can open these records in Dynamics 365.

• In the screenshot below, you can see the user being redirected to Dynamics 365.
