How to Remove Email from the Suppression list in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journey (Preview feature)

I was working on Customer Insights Journey and sent an email to one of the Contacts from a Journey and it got bounced due to the wrong email address.

Found that the email moved to the Suppression list.

And I followed the below steps and removed the email from the suppression list by enabling the new preview feature.

Step 1: Open Customer Insights – Journeys App.

Step 2: Click on Change Area and Click on Settings.

Step 3: Click on Feature switches.

Step 4: Under Email Sending, click on the setting “Ability to remove email addresses from suppression (Preview)” to turn On.

By default, this setting is turned Off.

Step 5: Click on Save.

Step 6: Open the required Contact record (Which is suppressed) and now we can see the Communication Tab.

Note: This Communication Tab is hidden by default

Step 7: Click on Communication Tab to see the Email suppression status.
