A big miss for while as been the ability to filter reports uploaded to the App.PowerBi service you used to distribute reports. During a support call with one of our valued customers, we noticed a button on the Power BI App web Service called Edit report:
Once you do, the same filter window available on the PowerBi desktop is now available via the service!
