I installed a new VM for the latest PU42 and faced the below error when trying to restore the bacpac.

I tried the first option on downloading the latest SQL Data tier Application Framework from the link

Now , you will be able to see a DAC folder in either ‘Program Files’ or ‘Program Files (x86)Microsoft SQL Server150’ . Now use this path in import command.
