PDF Form Extract and Manager Out of Office Message Lookup – YouTube
n this 10 minute video I configure a forms inbox to collect submitted PDF forms, parse their content into SharePoint and then start an approval. Approvals are routed to the submitter’s manager, if the manager has their Outlook Out of Office message set, we look up the 2nd level manager and route to that person.
