Canvas Apps: Checking Form Mode Form.Mode and Select Functions – YouTube

This video is part of my ‘Easy Opportunities Manager’ series, which documents building a basic #CanvasApp #PowerApp to easily manage opportunity records in the Common Data Service (#CDS). The CDS template used allows us to create an opportunity, but we run into issues when trying to use any of the custom tools in our toolbar.
In this episode, we will look at how to check the form mode to determine whether submitting the form will create or update an opportunity and amend trash and launch tools accordingly.
