Most organizations still talk about AI like it’s a faster stapler: a productivity feature you turn on. That framing is comforting—and wrong. Work now happens through AI, with AI, and increasingly because of AI. Drafts appear before debate. Summaries replace discussion. Outputs begin to masquerade as decisions.
