I have posted an article related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications long back and now Microsoft has shared the new update on these certifications.
Below are the updates related to New and Retired (soon) certifications on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
New certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate: This certification is going to be released in late September 2024. This certification is going to have the topics related to Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data.
Also, Microsoft is going to release several Applied Skills scenarios related to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, like creating and managing journeys with Dynamics 365 and creating and managing segments etc. We need to wait for more news related to these skills from Microsoft.
Certifications going to be retired:
Below certifications going to be retired on Nov 30, 2024.
