The new ClassicPress Documentation Hub is now live with user and developer guides as well as the Plugins Guidelines for the ClassicPress Plugin Directory, but the big addition is the ClassicPress Code Reference.
The bulk of the work done to build the new site was done by Beda Schmid who also wrote the announcement post on the ClassicPress blog.
