Microsoft Forms Pro is an enterprise survey capability that helps businesses obtain the feedback they need to make smarter decisions. Powered by both Office 365 and Dynamics 365, Forms Pro supports businesses seeking to transform customer, product, and employee experiences.
Using Dynamics 365 Portals and Microsoft Forms Pro, we can create a Forms Library to request customers to complete forms via a portal. This is the third and final part in a series that shows how to create a Forms Library. This video walks through creating a Microsoft Flow to update a Form Request once a Forms Pro Submission is created in the Common Data Service.
